Believe In Yourself More Often

Your belief system is impactful to an extent that it can be life transforming.

Give it a thought…

What kind of difference it will make, if you had an unshakable confidence on yourself…your ability to achieve anything you put your efforts into?

How do you believe yourself more often?

Its not you, it’s with most of us starting with low confidence because we hugely rely on other people or things to validate us.

Be you, be bold, own up more often even if what you like is not liked by others. It could be as small as the color of clothes you wear or an opinion.

The more decisions you take for yourself, the better it is as it boosts your ability and increases your accountability on yourself.

Become the author of your life. Hold it. You can do it. Take charge step by step.

Remember, you don’t have to do it all at once but slowly and gradually.

I encourage you to value yourself more, don’t compromise on your integrity.

And most importantly, don’t limit yourself. Keep moving.

Tell yourself everyday that – “I believe in myself, today and tomorrow.”

About Acceptance

How often do you say YES to the new things that have just started or on the verge of starting in your life?

The unexpected, the unplanned, sometimes unprecedented experiences occuring in your life. Or the abundance of opportunities walking your way but in just a different way…

No right. It’s bound to happen be it you or me or any one of us. The point is that sometimes acceptance is tough, hard to believe; we almost deny the existence of that situation.

Most often, we tend to give it a no and change our way. We must realize that life is a board game, full of twists, thrill, wins and losses.

Some find acceptance easy, if it is a defeat, loss or dear one or a win, a new responsibility, a transition.

I would not ask you to forget your practicality, but on times believe that your intuition can guide you sometimes too, sometimes your emotional side can make decisions too.

Perhaps, acceptance is not in the big acts but in small ways. In those moments that we say yes to something’s in our lives with our hearts open. Out of our shells and apart from our vulnerabilities.

“Understanding is the first step to acceptance, and only with acceptance can there be recovery.” -JK Rowling

Working on Inner Harmony

What does it really mean…

Our happiness hugely depends on how our mind filters and interprets day to day situations and experiences.

A lot of our experiences are based on our perceptions and how we take things. And that further down comes from our inner harmony.

We feel happy because it depends on our inner harmony. Similarly, the people who are content/ satisfied in their life irrespective of their situations/ circumstances, comes hugely from their inner harmony. They tend to stay neutral across situations.

We tend to feel low on every little thing that happens to us. Rather we must choose/ learn to find joy, purpose and enjoyment, regardless of their circumstances.

To feel/ become happy, we must strive to become independent of social environment, in a way becoming less sensitive to rewards, or punishments.

Don’t exploit your inner harmony by getting influenced by either external sources/ environment or the society, as well as the inner desires/human nature.

We must thrive to find meaning in the ongoing stream of day-to-day experiences, in the process of living our lives.
